More of self learn and take the best route possible . Time is provided to prove ones worth.

Options are given internally if not happy with a role. Depends purely on what role one has joined and on what package.

Company usually takes a route of save more or wherever possible .

Representing brand. Taking own pace and trying to prove worth is one thing anyone can do. Work conditions would defer based on projects provided.
