Prioritization: Balancing the needs and wants of different stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements.
Alignment: Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the product vision, goals, and roadmap.
Examples: Technology stakeholders may prioritize technical debt reduction while marketing stakeholders may prioritize new features for customer acquisition.
To overcome these challenges, I plan to establish regular communication channels, set clear expectations and priorities, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
I will also ensure that all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the product vision and goals, and regularly review progress and adjust plans as needed.
