  • Q5. What is the function of differential?
  • Ans.

The differential is a component in a vehicle that allows the wheels to rotate at different speeds.

    • It helps with turning by allowing the outside wheel to rotate faster than the inside wheel.

    • It also helps with traction by allowing the wheel with the most grip to receive more power.

  • Q2. How will you manage if your manager is away? How important is team culture for you?

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had 5 levels of interview and questions varied. But they asked a lot of scenario based questions along with the general 'get to know you ' queries... For example what would you do in a situation where you are depended on others for the work to be completed? How will you manage if your manager is away? How important is team culture for you? What would you do if this situation crops up...Etc.

I think the key is to check out the hierarchy of the people in the org that you know you are going to meet and try and answer according to what sort of an answer they might expect from you. Think from their POV. The endless line of interviews was exhausting but worth the wait.
