Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Worst company to work for. Parity issues , mindset problem if you are or appear to be more competent, if you want to survive here with respect and dignity, if you are looking to have job security. If you think of moving within 6-12 months and switch, only than one should look for it , but then there are better options available too. AFTER 11 MONTHS , ALL OF A SUDDEN REPORTING LEAD CAME UPTO ME ASKING WHETHER I WANT TO CONTINUE WITH NO INCREMENT , IF NOT THREATENED TO DISCUSS WITH HR .
