  • Q2. I am a master degree candidate, and the interviewer seems not capable of taking the interview. So nothing said rather than they wont need over qualified candidate for this role
  • Q3. Further defending, the interviewer said that the over qualified candidate must not meet their goals for the role. It's silly and illogical explanation that a 10th std student cannot do math of 9th std.
  • Q4. While explaining my answers for his silly questions, he just don't want application level of answers. But he need defenition (like we all have seen in 3idiots, lol )

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would say , the worst interview experience is all because of HR team's irresponsibility on inviting a candidate with profile that they don't want at the first point. Second, if the interviewer is not sufficient to take the interview, it should rather cancelled or postponed,instead of insulting or questioning my 10years of engineering experience.


Last thing, it's not that the company should need a right candidate, the equal potential is required for a company to be chosen by the candidate.


In that sence it's really a worst experience FOR ME, with the HR management, since I do really have a basic common sence and experience by hiring 4 BE candidate to my current company without even having so called HR qualification.


But.
To be honest,on the other hand, the infrastructure, working environment, etc are so good.. rather than this irresponsibile management team that I faced on my interview particularly.

And a kind request/feedback for the higher management who are really in control of such should monitor this kind of issues.

Finally, to the future candidates, it's not wrong asking questions to HR. Please be assured they are required for the qualifications you have, then , go for the interview.
