Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Before you go for any interview, must read job profile description and company profile. When the interview process begins, do not hastle to answer, take your time and then speak. HRs are not looking for answers, they are looking for person who listen every thing clear. And please do not lie about yourself, just be yourself. HR is not going to judge on what you have achieved or not. If don't know any answer, just say i don't recall or i don't know. Don't give answer which doesn't make any sense.
And for technical interview, prepare for atleast some basics. They ask only basics.

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
What alternative documents can I provide for employment verification?
