Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Amadeus interview process is one of the worst experiences so far. The HR was well aware of my notice period as well as Salary expectations from Day 1 and after that there were 3 rounds of interview which was cleared eventually. But after salary negotiation, HR is saying that the position is currently on Hold and requesting me to look for alternate opportunities without any proper justification.

Amadeus really set a classic example of how the hiring process should not be done. They are basically looking for employees with less salary expectations whereas the director himself declares “ We discourage job shopping”. This is sheer hypocrisy.

We are also humans and deserve the same amount of value for our time & effort. Please respect that.
