The CEO himself conducted the interview, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of time. Rather than asking relevant questions about my skills, experience, or what value I could bring to the role, the conversation drifted into bizarre, hypothetical scenarios that made no sense. It felt like he was expecting miracles to happen in a month without a clear strategy or realistic expectations.

Being a Marwari business owner, he reportedly has a strong need for control, and anyone who disagrees with him is often shown the door.
