General Tips: I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DocsApp (Bengaluru) in March 2019.
Interview
1) The first round was a technical round which was around 45minutes.
2) For 2nd Round, they send me an assignment of writing test cases about there application and BUG Report of the application.
3) I have submitted about 100 test cases and 10 BUG for the application.
4) After that, they never respond to the mail nor my call. Lately, I came to know that they are making a fool of the interview process.
5) They are not at all professional.
6) So anybody attending an interview in this company never shares any test cases or any bug.
7) I have checked there application now they have fix all the bug that was reported.
Duration: 1-4 weeks

Alternate documents for Employee verification?
My new employer asked for my previous offer letters and salary slips. When I inquired, they said it was for background verification.
However, I feel that providing these documents might affect salary negotiations, and it feels a bit unethical too.
