Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I feel that I have wasted my time attending the interview at Bonito Head office @ Bangalore, HSR Layout Office.
They have conducted 2 rounds of interview.

1. Very unprofessional behaviour by HR team. They don't respond to your e-mails or calls, pre & post Interview session.
2. The senior manager who claims to be the channel development head & conducts the final round of interview doesn't even have basic discipline. He kept his first two buttons of his shirt open while conducting the interview. You can understand his behaviour and attitude.
3. After the interview they will say they will get back to you. But they will never inform you about the status... selected/rejected.
4. I definitely don't recommend people working in good organisations to attend the interviews of this company. They are not professional.
5. My suggestion to Bonito Designs: Please train your HR Team & others properly before they conduct recruitment.
