Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They follow the contract rule for local candidates such as NEEM, fixed term contract or third part contract, but they don't give job on payroll for local people, HR worst department in the world, if you reference belong to them then only they take in company other wise they tell on face only if you are in our team then only you will be in company. Many people are working in contract basis job on above 5 years they don't even permanent the candidate if there will be any openings they permanent the other new candidates from outside from their team. Please don't apply in this company, even top management also don't apply they direct terminate the employee if target does not complete without any prior notice.. HR department doesn't not care about employees,they need chances to terminate the employees if found then his career would be danger. HR do for it's own KRA and KPI to get rewarded especially in taloja division worst department I have seen in my career. For freshers it is difficult to get permanent in this company, HR want the company 50 to 60 percent to be employees in contract basis. If any permanent vaccines open even if any other departments then also they will take candidates from HR personal relatives. All employees are fed up with HR head.
Other departments head has low package, but their HR department manager and officer have more salary then others department head, because of company to be in contract basis. In HR all are permanent employees. The company HR group head is worst employees. Even they don't give salary on time on people working on contract basis.
