Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - They ask for either a cheque that is double amout of your salary OR if you do not want to give a cheque then get the amount deducted from salary... This amout will be refunded to you only upon complition of 2 years bond period...

If any company asks for a Cheque or security deposit... We should not pay this... Better to look for other jobs

Just they were coordinating over the phone only and after all rounds they rejected me and not even informed the reasons..

Its a terrible experience. nearly one and half month interview process and completing every around like (written test , HR around, 3 technical arounds). finally today they say that your are not selected.
That not giving any proper Cleary regarding ,what is the next around during the interview process and they ask 3 years compulsory comment in employment.
Time pass interview process .Its my personal experience with this company.
