Refused to accept that local smaller campaigns were marketing campaigns in a global organisations where there is always one global overarching campaign. Kept interrupting and passing comments to make any past experience and campaign sound like it wasn’t good work! Shocking! Requires Soft skills from their own institution

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - The overall interview process took about 3 months with different people and assignments which I was always available for, it involved me travelling to their office in Worli twice in 2 months only for these folks to not even have the courtesy to get back to me even after 4 different rounds of interviews. Every time I'd call the HR manager, the guy would disconnect saying he'll call me back and I'm yet to receive that call. After multiple attempts to call and message, I only got "your candidature has been rejected" with no feedback or proper reasoning. Hope you're not as unlucky as I was getting a call from these guys.
