Experience: Had uploaded my resume on some job portals. Resume was shortlisted through the portal(by a consultancy) and got a call for an interview.
Tips: Make sure your resume reflects your achievements and goals in a well described manner

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: They checked if i had my fundamentals clear about linux and OS related concepts. In all a good experience. Lasted for half an hour
Tips: Be honest to yourself and the interviewer. If you dont know something a clear no works better than blindly hitting in the dark.

Round: Other Interview
Experience: It was with the team director. He wanted to check my confidence about handling this position and if I'm ready for challenges. Some briefing about the company culture and the kind of work done here.
Tips: Be clear about what kind of personal growth you're looking for and how you are gonna achieve it in sync with the company goals

Round: HR Interview
Experience: It was just like any other HR interview. "Where do you see yourself" and all that kind of questions. Expected compensation was all discussed.
Tips: Never pitch yourself for anything less than what you deserve. But also need not be over ambitious. Let them know you are here to learn and earn

Round: Other Interview
Experience: An interview with the VP Engineering of the company. More or less similar to the HR interview
