I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Here you can actually see how your code can affect company's growth in short while. Employees strength is small so you get to work with almost each and everybody which helps you grow fast. Almost flat heirarchy. A good company to join as fresher for any future profile be it development/testing/support. Very less politics. If you are here then you are expected give dedicated 8 working hours.

Dislikes

No exposure to latest tools, technologies and practices. Company hires freshers but does not know how to nurture them towards a adept professional. Compansation wise its not at industry standard. As you spend years here gradually work life balance becomes terrible. Pathetic break/lunch/caffetarea.
