Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - 1. As per advertisement candidates go and the concerned persons make them sit for morning til late evening.

2. They call and make the candidate embarrassing by asking questions not related to their resume.

3. More than four times advertisement appears for the same position in a year.

4. Few HR people donot know how to address the cadidates and the communication they use is embarrassing.

5. The Management should take care of these employees. You may not like the candidate but should be polite and humble, since they are job seekers. But not beggars.. Remember world is very small, who knows u may be on the other side of the table one day.
