Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My profile was shortlisted for business analyst role and also I have received mail for the role only. When I went there, they asked to scan there code and fill a form and I filled that form. After filling the first form, they asked to fill another form which took almost 5 hours (from 12 pm to 5 pm) and still the form was not completed. Then, they said you can go home and fill the form from home and then come back by tomorrow. I went back the very next day, again they asked me to fill one more form. I filled that form too. Then, they ask now we will take your test wait for sometime. I waited till 4 pm then they conducted my test. After the test, I waited for the result for 15 mins and they said you have got zero marks in the test still we can give you internship. I denied and left from there office. Within 45 mins, I got a call from their side and they offered Administration Coordinator job with 15k salary to me. On that time, I denied but the next day I accepted their offer and asked for offer letter. So, they asked to take that manually. I went to take the joining letter, from 11 Am to 4 PM I was sitting there and waiting for further assistance but then they said you got zero marks in the test so you have to give it one more time and if you pass that test then we will conduct face-to-face round, also asked to pay test fee Rs. 300. So I denied for the job. When I reached there to collect the joining letter, they told me to join immediately then I told them that I am not from Indore and stayed at my relative's place in Ujjain please give me 2 days so that I can see resident for myself and also I will get my stuff from home. But they refused. I also asked for accommodation for 1 week but for that also they denied. They did not consider anything. They wrote, their interview process is from 6 hours to 1 day on the company's site but it takes at least two days. When these people are not considering anything before joining the company, then they will consider nothing else later. And one more thing keeps bothering me which is "If I got zero in the test then why did they offer me 15k?" Staff was supporting and helping by nature. But when I was filling my second form on that time HR came to convince me for anthor job role which is COS Intern and not for Business Analyst. My overall experience was really worst. A lot of things were about to turn out to be lies and hoaxes. I thought it was a good company to start my career but all the ratings was fake.
