Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - In HR round they just test your english proficiency & communication skills etc. The person who takes the HR round is soft spoken & not very fluent in english. But he will scourge through the CV & ask random questions at a very low voice. Finally he will say that he is very satisfued with your performance & will ask you to wait fir the technical round.
Technical round will be taken by the Director who will ask you very basic questions like education details, family details, residence etc. & will either confirm you on spot or ask you to wait for call from the HR team. Both cases they don't appoint you ASAP, on spot or not.

Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had average experience with ANSR during my interview process. My interviewer, Anurag Aggarwal, whom I understand is one of the TA Managers, did not demonstrate professional interview etiquette. Simple gestures like a proper handshake were missing, and his demeanor during the interview came across as unprofessional.

After completing the interview, I didn’t receive any feedback for two days. It was only after I followed up that I was informed I wasn’t shortlisted, but even then, the feedback provided was insufficient and lacked clarity.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. My suggestion for future candidates is to clearly communicate your expectations upfront before applying. From what I’ve heard, ANSR may struggle to align their budget with candidates’ expectations.
