Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Hello Candidates.

Below are the challenges Go First staff is facing:-
1) Delay in release of Salary (Average 16 to 18 days delay)
2) Strict timing of Office hours as starts from 9:30 and have to finish minimum 9 hours a day. There is such timing for leaving the office means once has to work for more than 11 to 12 hours and even than after have to carry LAPTOP mandatory. Whenever requires, one has to get down from train on any of the Station to do the office task if any call received from manager otherwise life will become hell.
3) Delay in promotions, Hike,
4) Management is having no plan to make organisation a user friendly.
5) Dirty internal Politics
