Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Job seeker should up-to-date their knowledge on all banking, marketing, technical knowledge with strong general knowledge by reading a good news paper and updates from RBI site and Central Government sites, creat listening habit , you should be a good listener after listening you can understand the question or problem and able to reply properly and do not hesitate in saying no If you are aware about the subject and don't be nervous before interview panels and Management furthermore you should be honest in your work and otherwise also.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - My first advice is to remain your original self. The people who take interview have vast experience of life and can very well detect if you try to pose. If you don't know anything, please be candid to accept. I lost one interview just because I didn't know meaning of one word and I didn't tell them. You should look confident and your posture, body language and facial expressions should match your confidence.

General Tips: Group Discussion round - the topic being " Is it necessary to have Group Discussion " round. I opined in favour its necessity because various opinions expressed shall form the basis of consensus. This practice pays in the long run.
