Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I attended the 1st round interview through a zoom meeting, there will be a lots of people upto 21 candidates. At first they will be asking questions like self intro, about astra organization, and our role description management associate in one by one. Then they will be giving a detail explanation about their company and job role. Personally I didn't hear anything what the HR is saying. So I recommend people to use earpods. I can even hear the other interviewees speaking but not the interviewer. Then they will ask us questions like do we have any questions about the company and why should they hire us for that role and wht do we understand from wht they are talking. It might take upto 30 mins or more coz they'll interviewing us in one by one process. Then they will be given a call back if we get shortlisted. They didn't disclose anything about the shift timing and CTC.
