Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Got a call from a person called Sivaram and after having a whole 20+ mns discussion, when i asked the budget for this role, he was not giving me any ball park or any response to the same. And I said that I need to know an approximate figure I can expect before proceeding ahead with the further rounds of interviews and he asked me what I am expecting and when I said I am expecting around 50% hike on my current ctc, he got so rude and was dissing saying that much for an hr? There is no point in taking the discussion ahead and what not. When I am again asking him what is the budget of the role he just cut me off rudely saying we can’t proceed ahead when you are expecting that much! Worst introductory call I have ever received from any company! If these are the people who are the face of the company and reaching out to people to join their company l, they really need to reevaluate the same!
