Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Initially i was interviewed by the Consultant and it she scheduled me the interview with the company HR and i got the call from him on the same day.

The next day i was informed that i was selected for next round of interview. I was waiting for the update about the interview slot from the consultant as she the one point of contact rather than company HR. After multiple follow ups with her, she scheduled an interview with a technical person. The Questions what i have asked by the recruiter was replicated by the technical person.

After several follow ups with the consultant HR i was informed that my CV has been presented to the Client for the approval. Then on a fine day, after the same sort of follow up activities, i was informed that client rejected my profile.

Here there is no chance to showing my CV to the client. If the candidate should pass the client level of interview;

then, why should 2 rounds of HR and 2 rounds of technical person interview. is required?

In the level 1 of interview itself they should present the CV to the client, right?

Almost i have wasted for half a month to get feedback from this organization.
