Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: There was an Aptitude test based on the marks of which they shortlist people for the next round though they dont disclose marks.
Tips: Try to complete all the questions in time or else you are already out of the next round. The questions are of medium level intelligence.
Duration: 1 hour
Total Questions: 60

Round: HR Interview
Experience: The HR asked few questions about the previous company and profile i have been working previously.
Tips: They basically judge your overall personality, so be confident and and use your communication skills effectively.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The Manager asked certain questions over statistics like difference between average and mean, hypothesis,etc. And then about Ms-Excel, pivots, charts, vlookup, hlookup,etc.
Tips: Just answer more and argue less. Tell them what you know and not what they are asking you, take them with the flow of your answers and let them carry out questions from what you already know.

Experience: Discussion over salary
Tips: Accept their offer if you are a fresher or else you can ask as per market standards

Experience: We had 4 rounds of interviews, each lasting for about 15 minutes. In each one, they asked something from the resume and some puzzles, probability questions and this was again because I told them I like Maths. Last one was telephonic and they asked me about my family background.

General Tips: Be yourself. Prepare everything from your resume. Take a good sleep before the interview. Don't pretend to be over-smart and DO NOT argue with them.

Experience: It was for about 15 minutes. There were 4 such rounds. Questions were asked from resume, Some puzzles and questions on probability were asked because I told them that I like mathematics.

Experience: This was over the telephone. They asked about my family background.

General Tips: Be yourself. Prepare from your resume thoroughly.
Have enough sleep before your interview as this will affect your performance.
Do not pretend to be over-smart, and DO NOT argue.
And lastly, prepare well, as in the end, it will all seem worth your efforts.
