Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I was approached by a consultant from adecco for this role after I had applied reading the JD on Naukri. However, as this role is in Pharmaceutical they don't respect or understand support roles such as marketing. These companies are sales focused and marketing plays as an add on.

This is an experiment role for them. They will test if its required and most probably keep or lay off the person afterwards. There is no dedicated marketing team and the role will be reporting to a scientific leader, so it would be difficult to explain anything to them.

If you have around 1-2 years of experience this may be a good opportunity. Experienced people if not from Pharma background should avoid this role.
