Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This interview was the best experience for me. For this, I visit thrice to the organization. It means it is very clear that three rounds were there for an interview. The first and second round was general discussion was there as I was working somewhere else. The last round lasted for 1 hour. All the authorities of the organization were there and they asked many questions related to my work experience and management experience in the previous organization. During this time they were checking my communication skills also.
As we all are going through a very tough time of the pandemic and it's difficult to run an educational organization during this tough time, so all members were focusing on the success and smoothly run of an organization. Whatever questions were asked to me I answered honestly and I use my all experience to get this opportunity.
It is my advice to all the candidates that please be honest with yourself and face the interview you will get the success. Keep the learner's mentality always.
