Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Campaign Management Executive Role.

I went for a F2F interview

I was able to answer atleast 85% of the questions accurately.

When asked about my expected salary I said ₹30k to which the Interviewer and I both agreed on after discussing for a couple of mins.

2 days later I get a call from HR asking about my last 3-month payslips, to which i responded and sent within half an hour.

A day after this I get a call from HR saying that “basis your Interview” we can offer you a Trainee role with ₹15k salary for 6months initially.

But there was no mention of Trainee role during the Interview.
No mention of the role being potentially for a Trainee executive when they asked about my payslips too.

Advice to management: I understand that as a startup you may or may not have the right funds to match pay based on industry standards but atleast be honest and transparent to candidates.
