I got such a worst experience in MAA12 .
Seriously I wasted one day .
There are 20 people's came for interview. We all came before scheduled time we are waiting for 2 hours .after that he came take us to interview process room .And started explaining about role and CTC which was very worst CTC is too low for even fresher the role will not help us to grow our career. And say us to start again registration and you will get the assessment link then you start the test seems . Once we complete our first within a second Regret notification will receive like your not eligible to move next process HR will ask our phone number ,he will check our score and say decent score you can continue next level or else okay I will process you to 6 month contract role digital associate which is annotation (this two dialogue only he is saying for all candidates).
My suggestion is applying in Amazon is such a waste of time .Role will not suit for technical and non-technical too . because this job can do by anyone like school students. but they are asking graduation this is totally spam .
Try to Mnc you will get some future ahead ...If your having any experience in Amazon like digital associate,ML data associate, Device associate MNC will not proceed is experience because it is not valued job position .We can't speak about this job at any place ....
Amazon is using our graduation too wrong.
Please guys Try MNC for better future

I applied via Naukri.com and was interviewed in Mar 2022. There were 3 interview rounds.
Two paper set will be conduct, English and Maths with normal reasoning, will be duration of 1/2 hour or 1 hour each, on submitting or clearing 1 Test can appear for 2nd test and if you cleared both then Rock on ?, Test will be answered as you want with Video and audio turned on, after applying to CXQO post you will receive an email for test and after getting that link you have to attempt it within 2 days. All follow ups will be on email by company and you just have to check email box after clearing test for interview.

- Ans. You can start with your name, background and following with your education, mentioning Graduation with stream and skills with hobbies to go further you can add few things related to profile which makes you to apply for this.
- Q2. Why you want to join this?
- Ans. Here you can simply add your matching skills to profile and can show interest for that profile which make them feel you eagerly want this job and good candidature for this profile.
- Q3. Why did u left your last job, if anyone did?
- Ans. You can start like after knowing this profile i started to deep dive for this job and searched all details as i can which make me think to apply this profile will be good for me than current one as it's something more like to be my interested profile and i think i can do better here which can help me both personally and professionally.

In interview, try to cover all point within intro and make it long but with all related to you or your work, can write down all on page to go at once and learn it with flow.
Show confidence at interview time, can go slow but must show interest to work, looks like to be applying for next 5yr.
Don't say any loose talk whether they asked something which can confused you.
Say anything with little smile and try to sync with HR or interviewer to get a place inside their mind so they can't refuse to get you.
Show some excitement that make them feel like you are the one who they are searching for.
