Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Initial engagement was promising but then you slowly realise this company has no intentions of hiring and are just interviewing candidates to show investors that they are growing which they are not. They work with Netcore technologies which is almost bankrupt and on the verge of closure and so is Altudo. Avoid this company at all costs. HR folks like Shilpa and Harmeet are extremely rude and have no basic courtesy to talk with candidates. They don't put anything in writing and talk as if they are doing a favour to the candidate. CEO is more interested in his reading books and working out rather than doing something tangible like asking atleast the right questions to the candidate. Waste of time. Avoid Altudo at all costs!
