Tips: Used Europass, deleted all things that were irrelevant to the position.

Round: Test
Experience: Me and another person, took the test in silence, handed it in and left, not a lot of talk.
Tips: Make sure your calculations are laid out well so its easy for the HR to see your thought process. This is important.
Duration: 45 minutes

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Talked about my education, previous work experience, skills.
Tips: I was very straight forward about what I am good at and what I am bad at. As we exited the interview room the HR told me that I am not fit for the position because I lean heavily towards analytics and math, not towards marketing. He scheduled an interview with the financial controlling team so I can meet them in person and they can see for themselves if I am good for the job.

Round: Puzzle Interview
Experience: This was a 3 hour long interview, we went through Math, Logic, Economics, Finance and Accounting. At the end I met the boss & team leader and we talked about small things, non-technical.
Tips: Speak out your thought process, it helps the interviewers understand your strengths and weaknesses.
