10+ TAK CONSULTING Interview Questions and Answers
Q1. What is diode and how to check it's ok or not on
A diode is an electronic component that allows current to flow in only one direction. To check if it's ok, use a multimeter in diode mode.
A diode has two terminals: an anode and a cathode
When forward-biased, a diode allows current to flow through it
When reverse-biased, a diode blocks current flow
To check if a diode is ok, use a multimeter in diode mode and measure the voltage drop across the diode
A good diode will have a voltage drop of around 0.6-0.7V
Q2. How you are doing line balancing and maintaining line flow
Line balancing is done by analyzing the production process and allocating resources to ensure smooth flow.
Analyze production process to identify bottlenecks
Allocate resources to balance the workload
Ensure smooth flow by monitoring production metrics
Adjust as necessary to maintain optimal line flow
Use tools like time and motion studies to optimize production
Q3. Tell me about bearing manufacturing process
Bearing manufacturing process involves several steps including forging, heat treatment, turning, grinding, and assembly.
Raw materials such as steel bars are forged into rough shapes of bearing rings.
The rings are then heat-treated to improve their strength and durability.
After heat treatment, the rings are turned to achieve the desired dimensions and surface finish.
The next step is grinding, which involves precision grinding of the bearing surfaces to ensure smooth operation....read more
Q4. Different between digital and analog
Digital refers to discrete values while analog refers to continuous values.
Digital signals are represented by binary code (0s and 1s) while analog signals are represented by continuous waves.
Digital signals are less susceptible to noise and interference compared to analog signals.
Digital devices are generally more precise and accurate than analog devices.
Examples of digital devices include computers, smartphones, and digital cameras while examples of analog devices include vi...read more
Q5. 3 types of motor (1) Ac motor (2) Dc motor (3) Compound motor
There are three types of motors: AC, DC, and compound motors.
AC motors are used in household appliances and industrial machinery.
DC motors are used in electric cars, elevators, and robotics.
Compound motors combine the features of AC and DC motors and are used in heavy machinery.
Q6. What is mean by NMR and FSD
NMR stands for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and FSD stands for Functional Safety Design.
NMR is a technique used in chemistry and physics to study the properties of atomic nuclei.
FSD is a process used in engineering to ensure that a system or product is designed to be safe for its intended use.
NMR can be used to determine the structure of molecules and study chemical reactions.
FSD involves identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and implementing safety measures.
Both NMR ...read more
Q7. What is soler ?
Soler is not a known term. It might be a misspelling of solar.
Solar refers to anything related to the sun or its energy.
Solar energy can be harnessed through solar panels to generate electricity.
Solar power is a renewable and sustainable source of energy.
Solar radiation can have both positive and negative effects on human health.
Solar flares and storms can disrupt communication and power systems on Earth.
Q8. Experience in field Projects Engineering ans Equipment selection
I have extensive experience in the field, managing projects and selecting engineering equipment.
Managed multiple projects from conception to completion
Selected and implemented new equipment resulting in increased efficiency
Developed and maintained relationships with vendors and suppliers
Trained and mentored team members to improve performance
Implemented cost-saving measures without compromising quality
Q9. Electrical types of motor in rule
There are various types of electrical motors used in industries and households.
AC motors - Synchronous and Induction motors
DC motors - Brushed and Brushless motors
Stepper motors - Used in robotics and automation
Servo motors - Used in precision control systems
Linear motors - Used in high-speed transportation systems
Q10. What is mean by HIRA
HIRA stands for Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
HIRA is a systematic process of identifying potential hazards and analyzing the associated risks.
It involves identifying the likelihood and severity of harm that could result from each hazard.
The purpose of HIRA is to develop appropriate control measures to mitigate or eliminate the identified risks.
Examples of hazards that may be identified through HIRA include chemical spills, electrical hazards, and ergonomic risks....read more
Q11. Solenoid valve work function
A solenoid valve is an electromechanical device that controls the flow of liquid or gas by opening or closing a valve using an electromagnetic coil.
Solenoid valves are commonly used in various industries such as automotive, HVAC, and manufacturing.
They work by converting electrical energy into mechanical motion to open or close the valve.
The valve is opened or closed by energizing or de-energizing the coil, which creates a magnetic field to move the valve mechanism.
Solenoid v...read more
Q12. Define risk assessment
Risk assessment is the process of identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential hazards and their associated risks.
Identifying potential hazards
Analyzing the likelihood and severity of harm
Evaluating the level of risk
Implementing measures to control or mitigate risks
Reviewing and updating the risk assessment regularly
Example: Conducting a risk assessment for a construction site to identify potential hazards such as falls, electrocution, and hazardous materials
Example: Perf...read more
Q13. PLC scada DC's installation commissioning
PLC and SCADA DC's installation and commissioning involve setting up and testing the control systems.
PLC and SCADA systems are installed and configured to control industrial processes.
DC's (Distributed Control Systems) are used to monitor and control multiple processes from a central location.
Installation involves mounting hardware, wiring, and configuring software.
Commissioning involves testing and verifying the system's functionality.
