Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - As I worked in Airtel 4 years because of marriage i shifted in dubai as now I am back in India after 2 years so I applied for the store manager post but interviewer not asked me question regarding post as I know very well the work environment of Airtel i know the responsibility and work of store manager as I also ready to shift the city which they told me before interview as my interview done within 10 minutes and after interview they not call me back for the feedback , when I applied for a job I read the requirements they want women candidate they want MBA person as fit with requirements of that post even I have 4 years of experience with only Airtel still they don't give me chance or not selected today they updated on naukri.com that I am not shortlisted even I call to HR recruiter and I message her for the feedback but she not answering me many days is this is the right process
