The interview process was not too complicated. The first round was HR round which was telephonic and was all about self introduction. The second round was voice and accent round which was telephonic again and I was asked to introduce myself. The last round was supposed to be conducted by the hiring manager however Accenture has a strict policy to take video call interview through their internal portal only which caused certain glitches and there were reception issues due which my interview kept on postponing and everytime there was a new team leader from the project who took my interview. After getting postponed for 5-6 times, the interview process finnally came to an end after a week. Also, in case they are doubtful about your interest or intentions to join the company they may reject you as well. One should prepare below questions thoroughly. Self introduction About company About the role and the project you are interviewing for. Last job role, also explain about the promotions in last company if any. Reason for leaving last job Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, 10hr work shift. Salary expectation
