Hi.... From past one week I got calls and taken interviews at different rounds (But all 4 are HR only) from a company called "VINCI Constructions".
In the last call the person (saying that he is a HR) said that I am shortlisted and discussed about salary expectations and finalized an X CTC.
Now coming to the point, the HR said there won't be any Tax Deductions in my salary.
1) Does this happen at any organization which don't it's employee's TDS?
2) Is this company REAL or FAKE?
What do u think about this pls comment.
