Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience with this company called Finvasia Securities. The pay and support from a few people are really good, but there are some major downsides. The work timings are unclear, and you can get calls from 9pm to 12am. Job roles and planning are also unclear, and decision-making takes forever with lengthy approval chains. The leadership is indifferent, and the work culture is terrible. Just thought you should know!
