A friend of mine is looking to join eSytes Innovations and Advertising Private Limited from March. She has got an offer of 14lpa for the post of Full Stack Developer. Seeing all the negative reviews she is a little skeptical but these reviews also look fake. Her visit and interview was good and she still insists that she wants to join.

I worked at eSytes Innovations and Advertising Pvt. Ltd. Total disaster! No facilities for employees, not even a cup of coffee. They deduct salary for leaves and documents. They don't like when you ask for a raise but don't hesitate to cut your salary during festivals. Worst company ever! Won't recommend to anyone!
