This is about Codemines Solutions. I worked as a Software Developer there. Honestly, there's nothing to like. Worst management, can't take leave when you want, even on Indian festivals. They follow Australian calendar. Some people got increments in May but still not updated in October. So much politics & HR is nosy. CEO is egoistic, won't keep things confidential. No compensation for weekend work or overtime. Can call you at 3 am, threaten you if you refuse, and complete dominance. Office politics galore. Don't join! 🚫
