Important thing to know from policy.
All vacations are bestowed in the beginning of the year.
But if you resign, the vacations get prorated.
Eg. On 1st April you get 23 vacations.
If you resign in June, you are only allowed to have 2x3 that is 6 vacations.
In case you consumed 10 vacations till then, you'll have to pay the amount for 4 days back to the company.
