Hey Guys,
I joined Brillio Tech. a month back and the work load here is worst. No work life balance. Have to work for 12 hrs a day and some of my Colleagues are working for 15-16 hrs. And also have to work on weekends. They treating employees as slaves and just ordering them with out understanding their situation.
I spoke to couple of Colleagues and they are feeling same but they are adjusting themselves and moving forward but i'm not able to take that. I'm not sure how to handle this situation..
Any Suggestions/Strengths to overcome this..???
