Accenture VS Virtusa
I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details:
Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay
Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total)
Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike.
Accenture Designation = Associate Manager
Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer
Looking for a long term stay

Leave newly joined company for better offer
I have recently joined a company 7 days ago and i have received a better offer from another big company. I want to leave company 1 immediately, will i get in trouble for this?
I have signed NDA for client there is no bond or any other contract just regular joining documents.
Company has mentioned as 3 months notice period and there is no probation period.

My First Company Switch
Hello people,
I am making my first company switch. I have cleared the interviews of the new company and got the confirmation of the offer (verbally). The offer letter is yet to be received.
I have a couple of questions, please let me know how these things work:
1.I need to resign my current company only after receiving the offer letter. Is that correct? And the new company will send the joining letter couple of days before joining. Correct?
2.Do I need to inform my team or my manager before filling the resignation letter on my current company's web portal? Or do I just fill the resignation form and let them know on their own?
3. Any important documents that I need to collect before leaving my current company?
These questions might seem basic, but I am a novice.

My current org has 90 days NP , can you please , from your experience or knowledge , share the list of all the MAANG and other related companies(like Salesforce , Expedia etc) which in your knowledge wait for a candidate for 90 days to join. I am getting started with switch from my current org and need to start interviewing . Your response would be of great help please. Thanks.
