Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I would say prepare the basic subjects in civil. Be confident in what you are saying. If you don't know the answer to some questions just say no and try to give some approx ideas on that question. Be very thorough with the projects you did.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: The students were selected as per their jobs roles, last degree, streams/subjects.
For example(People for business analyst job profile should have an accounts, finance background) Normally engineers were not shortlisted as they believed that now they are only looking for students with normal finance or accounts knowledge, in future if they have jobs for engineers they will be back.
Tips: If you have done your graduation in accounts, finance , or BBA its a great opportunity for you.

Round: Test
Experience: I was among the top ten students of my branch so it helped me a lot to gain confidence over things before the test.
The aptitude questions were average and so were the english ones.
Tips: Basic practice will go a long way in getting you through the tests. It helped me. It will help you too.
Duration: 45 minutes
Total Questions: 30

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: My all over knowledge was being checked. I got tensed when I couldn't answer one or two of the questions. But once I gained momentum, it helped me to answer the questions put up.
Tips: You have to study your core subjects very well. It's a core company and will only take you if you are in the top 30 students of your college and have good knowledge of civil engineering.

Round: Test
Experience: A test was taken on C and C++. The test was difficult and required basic skills in C and C++ coding. Programs related to calculation of general electricity bill and arithmetical operations were present on the test.
Tips: Basics of C and C++ plus must be known to do well in the test. Courses on programming will help in performing well.
Total Questions: 50

Round: Test- Aptitude
Experience: A test was taken on C and C++. The test was difficult and required basic skills in C and C++ coding. Programs related to calculation of general electricity bill and arithmetical operations were present on the test.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: I attempted questions on English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning.They were 30 questions to be attempted in one hour. The difficulty level of the test was medium to hard. In Maths many questions of statistics and data interpretation were present.
Tips: A good aptitude is required to clear this test. Brushing up on 10th grade Maths and English will help in qualifying the test. Spend extra time on data interpretation and logical reasoning during preparation.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: I was asked technical questions about my field which is biotechnology. Many questions about the company and the post I was interviewing for were also asked. Additionally I was asked questions about the six month project I was doing in College.
Tips: Through knowledge about your field is required. Knowledge about the company and the post you are applying for is also essential. You should also know the principle and desired result of your project along with the procedure and the precautions you must take.

Round: Test
Experience: MuApt test consists of questions based on Quant, Critical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning. The questions are generally based on time & works, percentages, data sufficiency which can be solved easily if you have practiced earlier. English section comprises of grammar, fill in the blanks and RCs.Critical thinking section includes questions related to visual thinking and visual representation. The test is not very difficult. After you give the MuApt, you will get a score which will determine if you're eligible for the next round.
Tips: You can practice quants from RS Aggarwal boom or from indiabix.com.
Total Questions: 55

Round: Video Synthesis

Experience: In the Video Synthesis round you are shown a video and you are supposed to write the underlying message and not the summary of the video clip is which is about 10 mins long.
Tips: You aren't allowed to take notes during the video, so pay attention to what's going on, but always keep an eye out for the underlying message. It's better to write the synthesis in points rather than writing a paragraph.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: The main motive of this round is to test two main things - your thinking process, and the way you interact in a team.
Tips: Firstly, take your time to understand the topic clearly and think of sone good points. You should wait for your turn to speak patiently and also try to be a good listener during the GD round. Nod your head in agreement occasionally, but never shake it in disagreement.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: You might have one interview wherein you are asked technical questions based on your major/department and one wherein you are asked to solve puzzles or a case study.I was given a case study during this round. The main aim of the interviewer is to see what is your approach to solve the given problem.
Tips: Being calm and relaxed will help but also be confident.
