Experience: I was told to take class in my area of interest for about 10-15 minutes. There were about 5-6 panel members and a subject expert

Experience: Aptitude test with three sections( Quants, Verbal and Logical )
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Round: Group Discussion
Experience: We were split into teams. And had discussion for about 25 minutes. Each had to conclude separately in the last 5 minutes. Time management and Participation and listening to others were given extra points.
Duration: 30 minutes

Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: Tata Motors uses AMCAT to conduct the general aptitude tests. Aptitude consisted more of ratios and proportions and percentages. After this, there was a technical question section with 24 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. It consisted mainly of strength of materials, thermodynamics, manufacturing engineering(production technology). Followed b verbal and personality assessment
Tips: Just brush through all the basic mechanical 3rd and 4th semester portions. Questions required basic knowledge of terms to solve them
Duration: 90 minutes
Round: Technical Interview
Experience: The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. The interviewers were very friendly and professional. I did not face any stress or tension while facing them.
