Interview Preparation Tips
Round: Test
Experience: There were two sections when i first appeared in 2015.First section was Email writing.Email writing was about 10 mins & no negative marking was their for this round. The most important thing is you have to use all the phrases given without missing even single one.
After the email writing, you have to take an aptitude test of 30 questions in 80 minutes.This round had negative marking and an online calculator was provided on the screen.
Tips: Practice genuine email writing from various online sites before appearing for it and try to limit your word while writing .
try to avoid errors while writing email as per my experience tcs software counts backspace as one key stroke.
Study last years' questions from various sites.
Duration: 90 minutes
Total Questions: 31
Round: Technical Interview
Tips: Plan your studies, like favorite subjects first and then other subjects. I prepared short notes on each subject. Just focused on basics of each subject. I went through following subjects C, C++, Core Java, PHP, DBMS, Mysql, MongoDB, HTML, CSS. PHP and DBMS were my favorite.
