Interview Preparation Tips

Round: Test
Experience: This test was offline. Quality of questions was good. there were no negative marking so try to attempt all the questions.
Tips: Try to make a good score in this test although the cutoff was low but it plays an important role in final selection.
Duration: 75 minutes
Total Questions: 80

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: Interviewer asked me about my area of interest, and maximum questions were asked from them.

i told him that i like coding, Data Structure, Algorithms and Operating System. so he asked maximum questions from these sections in depth.
Tips: While you are going to tell about your area of interest, please make sure that you have the depth knowledge of that subject.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: This round was just a formality. maximum elimination round was Technical interview. if you do good in your Technical Round , the chances of getting select is maximum.
Tips: Be calm and cool.

Round: Test
Experience: In technical section, questions were from C++, there were 30 questions in 30 min. questions were easy and moderate type. In aptitude section, there were 50 questions in 15 min and these were easy.
Duration: 45 minutes
Total Questions: 80

Experience: Questions were from networking mostly and from C++ and basics from microprocessor, operating systems etc.

Round: Resume Shortlist
Experience: It took me a lot of time for me to make my first resume. Although i have made a lot of changes in it and it is totally different from my first one. I keep on updating my resume and still i think its not what i want.
Tips: Make your first resume by yourself without taking any help from others, review it and look for adds or subtracts.
Then look for some professional resume online and take help from your elders who are already having a job.

Round: Test
Experience: It's always mine bitter one, as i am not so good in technical, only i used to deal with is quantitative portion.
Tips: You should be well prepared. [not like me :)]

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: I really don't care about the topic, as i always don't know any shit about the topic, but don't know how i have always cleared GD round.
Tips: One thing if don't know anything about the topic so don't start, give chance to someone else and after having some idea about the topic be speaker. Always look into the eyes of the other candidates while addressing your points. Just be calm n cool.

Experience: It is simple. Be calm and you will be through.

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: They are looking for people who can speak without grammatical mistakes.
Tips: If possible take a start and let all speak.
Duration: 15 minutes

Round: Paragraph writing
Experience: It was to test if you are fluent in writing. They were to check the errors made during writing.
Tips: It is fun but don't lose your composure.

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: It was fun.
Tips: If you are from non CSE, at least read the basics and the CSE subjects included in your syllabus.

Experience: It is the real fun. It is more like a conversation with a friend. They are experienced so they will get the thing out which they want.

Experience: experience of this round was very cool, interviewer started asking with basic questions . i focussed on my strengths, accepted my weaknesses, used the good result in test in conversation that helped, give an insight about hometown places when he asked. i was little bit nervous and my english was not sounding good enough at that time.
Tips: focus on your --1. communication skills

Round: Test
Experience: Most of the Java questions were theoretical type from both advanced(more from advanced) and core java and with decent level of difficulties. There were a few code related problems too from advanced java.
Aptitude and english sections were simple.
Tips: Have a good knowledge of Java. Marks obtained in this round matter THE MOST for the final selection after all the rounds.
Duration: 90 mins minutes
Total Questions: 30+15+15

Round: Group Discussion
Experience: Since, This was first GD of my life, so initially, it was not going well for me but somehow i managed it at last moments.
Tips: Practice as much as you can. Without practice it may get tough. During the GD, speak whatever you want but don't remain silent. Initiator has extra benefit so try to be the ice breaker.
Duration: 10 mins minutes

Round: Technical Interview
Experience: There was a combined interview of Technical and HR. Very simple question were asked.
Tips: If you have some coding experiences in a training or internship projects then it is quite possible that no technical questions will be asked during interview, only HR and behavioral questions may be there. But if asks then few basic programs will be given to write. 
Show your interests in the company during interview and also have some prior knowledge about the company.

Skill Tips: Students from Electronics should have at least a training or internship experience in IT sector or any project done using C, C++ or Java or any other programing language. It will help you a lot during interview.
They ask about your experiences and interests in programing during interview.

Round: Test
Experience: Very simple yet interesting and mind boggling.
Tips: Practice the shortcuts in solving these simple prblms. dont go for answering all the questions, u just need to cross the cut-off
Duration: 30 minutes
Total Questions: 15

Round: VIDEO synthesis & PSEUDO-coding
Experience: Very interesting round but brings out the best in u
Tips: Listen carefully. its "synthesis" not "summary" , so better if one does go with one liners , catch words r punch lines may do the job.

You dont need to be a coding-wizard to pass this one. very basic things, u just need to carefully find the small twists and tricks

Round: Group case study
Experience: They will give u and ur grp a real life business scenario and need to give a economically feasible yet very effective ways to solve that and bring profit to ur customer.
Tips: Read the problem time and again to seriously understand the problem underlying, ask questions if you need. Then accumulate the things and come out with a plan, very clear one. Dont go on shouting at ur fellow mates, this isn't a group discussion, its a case study.

Round: HR Interview
Experience: Although it was my very first interview ever, and off course i was a bit tensed, but as soon as i entered i became very relaxed. the HRs were very friendly. They love to talk and know u. Not at all like what we typically think of.

it was around 1:30am , they even offered me some chocolates :p
Tips: Again, B yourself. DO NOT PRETEND. i being an final year engineering student did not know much about the field of decision sciences neither they expect anyone to knw.

General Tips: Know about the company before to go to appear for the interview.
Skills: Problem solving skills, Learning Skills, Team player

Motivation: -Its one of the fastest growing company.
-There's no hierarchy, so i will b a part of an experienced group where i can learn frm the basics to the advance things of this field which will help me to develop myself
Funny Moments: it was 1:30am , so when i entered i wished them Gd Morning, at that time they noticed its so late at night. and suddenly everyone (including me :p) became hungry and so had chocolates with "mu-sigma, do the math" printed on its cover :p
