1. PwC AC Bangalore (WFH) - Associate 2, 11 LPA Fixed + Performance Bonus (20% verbally, not in offer letter). Joining mid-Feb, unsure about bonus for 2025. Notice period: 60 days.
2. Infosys Kolkata (Hybrid) - Associate Consultant, ₹12.5L CTC (₹10.97L Fixed + ₹62k Fixed Perf. + ₹89k Variable). Notice period: 90 days.
Current CTC: 5.5L, 3 years exp at Mphasis. Stuck in a tough 90-day notice period. Suggestions?
