1. Work-life balance. 2. Opportunity to work for start-up clients. 3. Supportive team members. 4. Recognition for good work. 5. Fixed compensation is good in terms of remote mode.

Dislikes

...Training programmes are okay but not helpful. 5. Promotion is questionable. 6. Would be asked to work on Saturdays most of the time, without extra pay despite the policy of 5 workdays (Monday-Friday) 7. No appreciation for sincerity.

WFH but they will give hell of pressure. You won't be able to concentrate on your personal life. Better not to work.

Dislikes

...ion just for money. They are laying off the employees if you don't have joiners. Now not even crediting the salary on time. Joining this organisation was a wrong turn of my career.

Likes

Nothing to like about. They will do micro management. They will blame the recruiters instead of getting clients. They will give you only same old requirements to work and ask you to sit in office till 7 PM .

Dislikes

There is no clients ,no requirements and no job security too. They holded salary and removed so many people. They paid their full and final settlement after 80 days.

1. Leads and Managers are unfit to manage a team. Since most of the leads and managers are from non tech background they themselves can't be able to understand client's requierement properly 2. Very rude, uncultured and unprofessional people 3. Lot of internal politics and micro management 4. While hiring, they won't mention regarding working on Saturdays, but gradually leads will make a trap for you to make you work on Saturdays and they won't pay anything extra , not even appreaciate your efforts 5. Managers are looting money, Where as trainees are getting 12000/- 6. Giving unrealistic targets It's my honest review, because I don't other innocent people to have such disgusting experience as of mine There's one saying, Those are well knowledged they will never showoff, But in Zyoin, it's different. Here most of the people are having half knowledge but know very well to show off

As long as targets achieved it's good, Even just once if you are not able to achieve them then it will be hell

No proper clients and don't have proper compensation benefits and sometimes it becomes toxic
