3 year bond period, Shift timing is NLT 8 hours, Lunch and Dinner is worst, Infrastructure is not well as per GMP and USFDA requirement, Bus routes is also not found satisfactory due to predefined routes are not easy for employees to reach at bus stop and time consuming routes due to traffic system (Zydus Lifscience Ltd Matoda SEZ 01).

1) politics 2) career growth slow 3) compensation and Benefits very poor 4) There is bond 3 years before which you cannot resign. 5) Tye up every pharma comany in Ahmedabad location

I had the pleasure of meeting & felicitated by Shri Pankajbhai Patel (M.D- Zydus Cadila Group) in Ahmedabad marking the onset of bifurcation (of Cadila healthcare & Cadila Pharma) in March 1995-one of the few Handpicked Chosen Youngest managers from Whole Cadila Group.(Probably One of the firsts to join Zydus Group in Zydus Tower Ahmedabad

The Salary,Perks & Allowances were never lucrative and not at all promising or rewarding for Sales& Marketing field force.
