Dislikes

3 year bond period, Shift timing is NLT 8 hours, Lunch and Dinner is worst, Infrastructure is not well as per GMP and USFDA requirement, Bus routes is also not found satisfactory due to predefined routes are not easy for employees to reach at bus stop and time consuming routes due to traffic system (Zydus Lifscience Ltd Matoda SEZ 01).

Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
