Rewards & Recognition policy for ideas is good.

Dislikes

I am working in their corporate profile...No work life balance.You will be asked to stay for 1-2 hpurs extra without any pay.. Its like jail...you cannot carry smart phone inside...you have to keep clean shave everyday..you cannot wear jeans in office...even to take initial laptop and mail id you have to follow up with IT and manager for atleast 5-7 days. They even dont give ms - office ..you have to raise PO for yourself even for your laptop bag...food and transport are worst...very bad experience...

Dislikes

Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.
