...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

... is a huge cafeteria and gaming barcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...sion of issues. Discretionary decisions as compared to process driven decisions. Salary structure has more scope to be employee friendly from tax saving front.

This is big and good company and I working hard this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I am working in their corporate profile...No work life balance.You will be asked to stay for 1-2 hpurs extra without any pay.. Its like jail...you cannot carry smart phone inside...you have to keep clean shave everyday..you cannot wear jeans in office.......food and transport are worst...very bad experience...
